  This workshop will bring together researchers and professionals related to Cybernics. Following the successful inaugural symposium at Amsterdam in March 2008, this time we feature Roboethics and Cybernics with nine invited talks by professionals from both academia and industry. There is also reviewed poster session where Ph.D students from the Cybernics GCOE program will have opportunities to meet and exchange ideas with international participants.

  This local symposium will bring together more than twenty invited researchers, professionals, and governmental officials, which focuses on "Cybernics." The organizers are particularly interested in receiving contributions from the related research areas. The symposium will provide us with opportunity to discuss and explore new ideas in the related fields.
